While it’s not an official expansion to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, the free-to-download fan-made Second Wind mod has been on our radar for a while now.
As we’ve reported previously, Second Wind is focused on expanding the core game with new items, characters and locations, as well as introducing new story elements.
The mod has just received its biggest update yet (v1.9.10), which introduces an entirely new town called Ordon as well as a cast of unique NPCs, a shop, a blacksmith, new quests and a brand-new main storyline.
As with any fan-made mod, this isn’t officially sanctioned by Nintendo, but it’s incredible to see how polished it is. You can check it out in the video at the top of this page.
