The UK charts data is here, and the number one spot has changed once again, but the Switch is still making comfortable progress in a good week for sales due to the extended bank holiday weekend.

Horizon Forbidden West returns to number one after being sniped out by Sniper Elite 5 — which has now dropped down to eighth. Those PS5 hardware bundles have certainly helped Guerrilla Games’ sequel see a second surge a few months after Forbidden West launched.

Nintendo Switch Sports returns to a pretty safely in second place and LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga has used the Force to get back into third. Though the PS5 is the best selling version of the latest TT Games LEGO game (with 37% of sales) the Switch release still made up 30% of sales this week.

So it’s another familiar week this week, with the usual Switch mainstays — WWE 2K22 has seen a huge jump from to return to the top ten (from 35th) thanks to Sony’s Days of Play sale, but otherwise, all of your favourites are still present and correct.

Just outside the top ten is Kirby and the Forgotten Land, which has jumped up a few places from 15th. Will it return to the top ranks next week?
