Any list about freaky powers would be incomplete without at least one Devil Fruit. This Devil Fruit might’ve slipped under your radar, but is just as fearsome as the rest. Perona and her Hollow Hollow Fruit don’t seem too bad at first, but look again and you’ll definitely see why they made the list.
The Hollow Hollow Fruit allows its user to control ghosts or ‘Hollows.’ Some of these are semi-tangible and can trap you, some are Mini Hollows which latch on and explode like little bombs, but the most deadly in our opinion, are the Negative Hollows which float through you and sap away your ambition, drive, and will to live. Yep, they will render you completely useless and often suicidal, making it oh-so-easy for Perona to take you out. Talk about kicking a dog when it’s down! On top of this, the Hollow Hollow Fruit also allows Perona to astrally project. So with no risk to herself, she can take you down with her ghostly self and her army of Hollows (which are immune to physical attacks ) while you lay on the floor curled in the fetal position, lamenting your entire existence. Imagine that, she takes your will to live and then your ability to as well, if necessary.
