Spider-Man Battles Taskmaster in Sinister War #2 (Exclusive)

Marvel Comics has given CBR an exclusive preview of Sinister War #2, by Nick Spencer, Ed Brisson, Mark Bagley, Diogenes Neves, Carlos Gómez, Zé Carlos, Andrew Hennessy, John Dell, Andy Owens, Brian Reber and VC’s Joe Caramagna. In the preview, Spider-Man is attacked by several villains, including Foreigner and Taskmaster. However, the sheer number of combatants overwhelms Spider-Man, who is soon restrained. At the end of the preview, Spider-Man has a gun to his head, and things look dire.

You can see CBR’s exclusive preview of Sinister War #2 alongside the solicitation information for the book, which releases Aug. 4. Sinister War#2 will feature covers by Bryan Hitch and Paul Mounts; Mark Bagley, John Dell and Brian Reber; David Baldeón and Israel Silva; Marcelo Ferreira and Morry Hollowell; Carlos Gómez and Morry Hollowell; and Jeffrey Veregge.
