Riverdale Welcomes Sabrina Spellman with a Supernatural Season Trailer

A new trailer teases Kiernan Shipka’s appearance as Sabrina Spellman from Netflix’s The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina in Season 6 of Riverdale.

Riverdale has a new witch in town.

The popular CW series introduced Sabrina Spellman from Netflix’s The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina in a new trailer. Sabrina, played by Kiernan Shipka, will appear on Season 6 of Riverdale in a 5-episode event starting Tuesday, Nov. 15.

Warner Bros. TV confirmed Shipka’s appearance in the series earlier this month with a photo of the actor on the set of the CW show.

“We’ve been talking about having Sabrina visit Riverdale since Season 1, so it’s thrilling that this is finally happening, as part of our ‘Rivervale’ special event,” showrunner Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa said. “It’s also perfect that she shows up to help Cheryl Blossom during her hour of greatest need. Everyone on set lost their minds — I think fans will, too. It’s really fun and special.”
