Piplup Distribution Announced For Pokémon Legends: Arceus And Diamond/Pearl Remakes In Japan

Japanese fans will soon be treated to a new Pokémon distribution following the upcoming launch of Pokémon Legends: Arceus on Nintendo Switch.

The special Pokémon in question is Piplup, with owners of both the new Legends: Arceus game and Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl being offered the chance to claim one. As reported by Serebii, the distribution is part of a new Pocha Marche collaboration that will run from the 5th – 24th February at Pokémon Center Osaka, Mega Tokyo and Kanazawa in Japan.

There’s no word yet on whether any similar distribution is arriving in the west at a later stage, so we’ll keep an eye out for more on that in the following weeks. While we wait, here’s a look at the different Piplup being offered:
