It wouldn’t be Halloween without a trip back to the original Draft format that introduced us to the spoopiest plane in the Multiverse!

Dates: October 27–November 3
Format: A League of up to three Best-of-Three matches of Triple Innistrad (INN) draft.

Vintage Cube October 2021 Update

Just in time for the spooky season, Innistrad: Midnight Hunt is here, bringing with it a host of changes to Vintage Cube. This time, we’re looking at expanding the parts of the sandbox that include build-arounds and reactive cards. 2021 Magic Online Champions Showcase Season 2

The second Magic Online Champions Showcase of 2021 is almost here, featuring eight players battling for their share of $70,000 and the title of the 2021 Season 2 Showcase Champion!

The 2021 Magic Online Champions Showcase Season 2 will be streamed live beginning at 10 a.m. PT on October 30 at twitch.tv/magic.

You will find decklists for the event at the 2021 Magic Online Champions Showcase Season 2 event page, with round-by-round standings and updates provided through the live broadcast.

Eternal Weekend Dates

Get ready for Eternal Weekend 2021, taking place through Magic Online next month:

• Legacy events will be held on Magic Online on the weekend of November 19–21, 2021.
• Vintage events will be held on Magic Online on the following weekend of November 26–28, 2021.

The All-Access pass is back for these events, with six new artworks featuring some of the most iconic cards in both formats up for grabs as prizes. Check out all the details over on Magic.gg and mark your calendar for Eternal Weekend 2021!

Limited Qualifiers Saturday and Sunday

On Saturday, October 30, there will be an Innistrad: Midnight Hunt Sealed Qualifier with a special start time of 1 a.m. PT (08:00 UTC). On Sunday, October 31, there will be another Innistrad: Midnight Hunt Sealed Qualifier at 7 a.m. PT (14:00 UTC). The events cost 40 Season 3 QPs, and the winner will earn an invitation to the Innistrad Championship event on MTG Arena.

Limited Super Qualifier Saturday

On Saturday, October 30, there will be an Innistrad: Midnight Hunt Sealed Super Qualifier with a special start time of 2 p.m. PT (21:00 UTC). The entry fee is 40 MOCS Qualifier Points (Season 3), 40 Event Tickets, or 400 Play Points. The top two finishers qualify for the Innistrad Championship on MTG Arena.

The normally scheduled Saturday Limited Preliminaries are cancelled. Learn more about Super Qualifier events here.

Magic Online Format Challenges Every Weekend

Format Challenges are the first step toward qualifying for Premier Play through your favorite Magic formats and provide excellent prizes for those looking to test their mettle in their favorite formats. Learn more about Premier Play qualification to get started today.

Magic Online‘s Format Challenges run once on Saturdays and once on Sundays for each Constructed format! On weekends featuring Showcase Challenge events, the Format Challenge that starts at either 6 a.m., 8 a.m., or 10 a.m. Pacific time is pre-empted by the Showcase Challenge—Format Challenges scheduled at other times remain in place. NOTE: Pauper, Vintage, and Standard Challenges are never pre-empted.

New for MOCS Season 3: Pauper Showcase Challenges are held at 8 a.m. Saturday and do not pre-empt the Modern Challenge.

The next downtime will be on Wednesday, November 10, beginning at 9 a.m. and continuing until noon. All times listed are Pacific Standard time (UTC-8). This is for the release of Innistrad: Crimson Vow.
