Kanye West Rips “Cancel Culture,” Kamala Harris, and John Legend

In a recent interview, Kanye West blasted fellow musician and long-time collaborator John Legend as a “sellout” for the Democrats during the 2020 election. He also questioned Vice-President Kamala Harris’ whereabouts and work ethic. The millionaire fashion mogul — who has legally changed his name to Ye — asked his queries during an extended interview on the Revolt TV show and touched on cancel culture, MeToo, and a long range of other hot topics.

Put this on Black Twitter right now: ‘Ye says cancel Black History Month,’” he said [at 2:18:00 in the video embedded above].

“I need Black Future Month. I need Black Possibility Month. I’m tired of seeing us getting hosed down. I’m tired to talking about slavery and how we should only be so lucky to vote for a woman we ain’t seen since the election,” the music mogul said about Kamala Harris. “Pusha voted Democrat, voted for Kamala — we ain’t seen her since the election either,” Kanye continued discussing the vice president. “What? You saw her at Whole Foods,” he laughed. “They got 94% of the black female vote, you would have thought Drake was running.”

In another recent interview, the Grammy-winning and billionaire fashion designer slammed John Legend, a longtime friend and long-time collaborator, calling him a “sellout” who blindly followed the Democratic Party’s agenda throughout the 2020 election.

“Both John Legend and Big Sean, when I ran for office, got used quick by the Democrats to come at a boy that actually changed their life,” he admitted in an a two-hour plus interview with rapper Noreaga and DJ EFN on their Drink Champs show. “That’s some sellout shit so I don’t rock with neither of them,” he said referring to a music contract he signed him to back in 2007. “I need my apologies.”

Later in the same interview, he returned to John Legend attacking his reputation, “where’s God in this conversation? I’m saying ‘who do you work for because if you don’t work for God, then you’re working for the devil. I’m a man of God. And God got me covered and as long as I’m alive, God’s not finished.”

West later confirms in the interview that he is still a backer of President Trump as Democrats still wonder if Kamala Harris is ready to be President.

“I’ve still got a red hat on today, I’ll let y’all know that,” Kanye said. “I might not got it on, but I’ll let y’all know where I stand.”
