INTERVIEW: SWEET TOOTH cast on drinking maple syrup and narrating the story

In the first season of Sweet Tooth, currently available for streaming on Netflix, viewers are introduced to a world where human-animal hybrids have appeared… along with a deadly, world-ravaging disease!

In our series of Zoom interviews, Sweet Tooth narrator James Brolin told us that he and his wife sat down to watch a couple episodes of the series on June 4th, only to find themselves unable to stop until they’d finished the season… talk about relatable!

The Beat caught up with the cast to find out more about what it was like filming in New Zealand during the COVID-19 pandemic, what it was like to narrate the story, and to uncover some of the unexpected challenges that came with shooting that scene-stealing fight in the second episode!
