Here’s What the ‘Plus’ in Disney+ Actually Stands For…

[ad_1]

Even after all this time, there are still some who don’t get why it’s immoral to give money and attention to companies that hate you.

Here is an object lesson in two parts:

First, Devil Mouse chief Bob Chapek is throwing his megacorp’s weight into opposing measures to keep schools from grooming kids.

The Walt Disney Company is now publicly opposing Florida’s controversial “Don’t Say Gay” bill.

On Wednesday, CEO Bob Chapek addressed the company’s stance on the bill and acknowledged that its original approach “didn’t get the job done.”

Chapek told shareholders that he will meet with Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, and Disney will donate $5 million to organizations, including the Human Rights Campaign, which work to protect LGTBQ+ rights.

Guess what the “+” stands for in this case.

“I know that many are upset that we did not speak out against the bill,” Chapek said during the company’s annual shareholder meeting. “We were opposed to the bill from the outset, but we chose not to take a public position on it because we thought we could be more effective working behind the scenes, engaging directly with lawmakers on both sides of the aisle.”

“We were hopeful that our longstanding relationships with those lawmakers would enable use to achieve a better outcome, but despite weeks of effort we were ultimately unsuccessful,” he said.

The obvious question no one’s asking is why enforcing any code of public morality is Disney’s – or any corporation’s – business. It doesn’t help Chapek’s case that the morality his company enforces is the twisted code of a fanatical death cult.

These moralizing megacorps are no longer in business to make money. If they were, they wouldn’t push policies that promote sterile lifestyles, reducing their own customer base of children and parents of children.

You might think that the lack of a profit motive undermines the “Don’t give money to people who hate you” principle. On the contrary, these corporations’ diabolical motives drive the point home. Not funding people who want you and your kids dead was never about harming trillion-dollar companies like Disney. It’s always been about not cooperating with grave evil, and thereby saving your own soul.

Think I’m being too dramatic? Check out part two …

Four Disney employees were arrested in a massive undercover operation targeting human traffickers, child predators and prostitution.

This, just over a week after Disney’s CEO came out against a Florida law to cut down on child abuse in schools – someone has horrible, or impeccable, timing.

Xavier Jackson, 27, of Kissimmee, allegedly communicated online and via text with an undercover detective posing as a 14-year-old girl, authorities said.

Jackson worked as a lifeguard at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, Sheriff Grady Judd said. He allegedly sent photos showing him “doing things that’s totally inappropriate” and bragged about working at the resort, the sheriff said.

Jackson was arrested and charged with three counts of harmful material and one count of unlawful communication. The three other Disney employees were identified as Ralph Leese, 45; Shubham Malave, 27; and Wilakson Fidele, 24. They were all charged with soliciting a prostitute, Judd said.

Fidele, from Orlando, worked at Disney for about four years at the Cosmic Ray’s Starlight Café in Tomorrowland, the sheriff said. Leese, from Winter Garden, worked in IT for Disney, and Malave was a software developer for the company. Malave is in the United States on a work visa, according to Judd.

At every level, from lowly waiters, to H1B IT slaves, to the CEO, Disney is an organization pushing child abuse – and even committing it.
