DC’s annual Valentine’s Day one-shot features an anthology of stories, while a new Suicide Squad book begins from the mature Black Label imprint.

Ahead of Valentine’s Day, you can pick up Strange Love Adventures #1, a new anthology one-shot set to release on Tuesday. While the title puts a twist on writer Tom King and artist Mitch Gerads’ limited series from the last two years, it promises numerous stories featuring Harley Quinn (who was also in last year’s DC Love is a Battlefield #1), Flash villain Gorilla Grodd, Sgt. Rock, Peacemaker and more. As always, there is still so much more hitting shelves and releasing digitally next week.
Another Suicide Squad title is launching, marking the third one within a year after the team’s ongoing series and the DC Black Label book, Suicide Squad: Get Joker!, which isn’t set to release its third issue until April 2022. Before Get Joker! concludes, another Black Label series — Suicide Squad: Blaze — debuts, featuring members from the DC Extended Universe adaptations like Harley Quinn, Peacemaker, Captain Boomerang and King Shark. Not only will these Squad members be present, but they will also be leading new team of powered individuals called “Blaze” against a massive threat on par with Superman.
That isn’t all that is releasing though. Jack Kirby’s creation, One-Man Army Corps (OMAC), returns in the pages of Justice League 2022 Annual #1, the Black Manta miniseries concludes and more. The full list of DC’s releases, covers and solicitations included, can be found alphabetically below.
