Book of Boba Fett’s Latest Posters Are a Mandalorian Spice Dream Come True

New character posters from The Book of Boba Fett’s latest episode feature characters that first appeared in episodes of The Mandalorian.

WARNING: The following contains spoilers from Episode 5 of The Book of Boba Fett, “Chapter 5: Return of the Mandalorian,” streaming now on Disney+.

New character posters from The Book of Boba Fett‘s latest episode were released showing off familiar faces from a galaxy far, far away.

The Book of Boba Fett character posters are kept under wraps until the start of a new week to avoid spoiling viewers who don’t watch the show right away. This week’s art featured Din Djarin/The Mandalorian, the Armorer, and Peli Motto.

Characters from “Chapter 5: Return of the Mandalorian” were especially important to keep secret since the chapter functioned like an episode of The Mandalorian within a different series. The featured characters were meant to surprise audiences as the story deliberately drifted from its main focus.

The episode opened with a shot of Din Djarin in his iconic Mandalorian armor, and it didn’t take long for him to ignite the Darksaber he’s holding in his poster. After collecting his bounty, he returned to The Armorer to receive healing and a history lesson before being challenged to a duel. Mando then traveled to Tatooine to answer a message from Peli Motto, who is featured on her poster alongside the droid companions that helped her and Din build his new ship.

These official posters highlight different characters each week, especially if they’re new to the small screen entirely. Black Krrsantan’s surprise appearance earlier on in the series also warranted a full poster, showing the Wookiee in all his menacing glory alongside posters for Tusken Raiders and the Hutt Twins. The Book of Boba Fett also celebrated Thundercat’s guest appearance as a mod-parlor artist with a solo poster release the week his episode aired. Boba Fett and Fennec Shand received the character poster treatment at the beginning of The Book of Boba Fett, being new to the series though already familiar to Star Wars fans.

Character posters don’t necessarily mean the featured characters will appear again, but the closing of last week’s episode seemed to indicate that fans can hope to see the two Mandalorians teaming up soon.

The Book of Boba Fett is streaming now on Disney+.
