Atlus Announces Soul Hackers 2, But It’s Not Coming To Switch

Update [Mon 21st Feb, 2022 12:15 GMT]: Atlus has just revealed Soul Hackers 2 during a livesteam – but it’s sadly not coming to Switch.

The game launches in Japan for PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC on August 25th.

Original Story [Thu 17th Feb, 2022 05:30 GMT]: Atlus has launched a new countdown website for Soul Hackers – with the big reveal set to take place on February 21st.

There’s no information on what exactly to expect, but it’s launched a Twitter account alongside it. There’s also a mysterious greeting when you open the website (thanks, Gematsu):

Hello HUMAN
We want to collect your information
> Checking device compatibility
> Notice: Please, do NOT take your hands off the device
> Call “Soul Hack”
> Sequence start

If you’re at all familiar with Soul Hackers – you might remember Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers, an enhanced port of the 1997 Sega Saturn original, released for the 3DS in 2013.
