[ad_1]

Ghost Rider’s constantly flaming skull is brought to vivid life thanks to LED lights and a detailed build from scratch for a fan’s Halloween costume.

A dedicated fan pulled off one of the most difficult aspects of Ghost Rider’s look just in time for a Halloween costume: the perpetually flaming skull that marks the Spirit of Vengeance.Reddit user Kostini has created an impressive Ghost Rider skull mask, complete with what appears to be the superhero’s signature halo of hellfire sprouting from the top of his skull. Several pictures have been posted to the r/cosplay subreddit including some close-up shots of the head, several action shots of the cosplayer in motorcycle leathers with the Hellfire Chain or astride a motorcycle, and even a candid outtake of the superhuman checking his “Hotmail” on his phone while wearing reading glasses.Related: Ghost Rider’s Most Striking Feature Wasn’t Part of His Intended Design

In other media, the character has also been portrayed by Nicolas Cage on the big screen in a self-titled film in 2007 and the 2011 sequel Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. In 2016, the Robbie Reyes version of the supernatural spirit appeared on the television show Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. with Gabriel Luna in the role. In 2019 a series on Hulu was scrapped and there’s still no definitive word on when the skeletal being will be seen in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
